• Research Use Only (RUO) Notice: Apextides operates strictly under a Research Use Only designation. We supply chemical materials intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes.
• Intended Purpose: Our products are for in vitro research only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosing a disease or condition, medical use, or therapeutic applications. Misusing these products is illegal.
• Professional Qualification: All materials offered are designed for qualified research professionals, laboratories, and institutions that understand and follow appropriate safety and handling procedures.
• Verification & Consent: By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are acquiring these products solely for lawful laboratory research and not for personal use of any kind. You agree that the statements made herein are true and factual, and you consent to IP address verification, requests for authentication of information, and other verification methods by Apextides to validate your qualifications at our sole discretion.
• Researcher Validation: Buyers agree to submit at least one study or set of research results for quality control and community research purposes at least one time annually into their customer account to maintain active researcher validation.

2. Product Use Restrictions & FDA Law

Unapproved and improper use of these products is a breach of FDA law and our Terms & Conditions, which will result in the immediate termination of the customer account and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product descriptions, and media, is the intellectual property of Apextides and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

4. Order Acceptance & Right of Refusal

• Orders may be refused, canceled, or refunded at our discretion if we suspect misuse, high chargeback/fraud risk, unlawful intent, or non-compliance with these Terms.
• Apextides reserves the right to request proof of institutional or research affiliation before fulfilling an order.
• Apextides reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for providing false information. The customer indemnifies and holds harmless the company for any and all harm caused to the customer by using the products outside of in vitro study, non-human use, and Research Use Only guidelines as defined by the FDA.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Apextides is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Eligibility: We accept returns for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• Refund Calculation: A full refund for the product value will be issued, minus original shipping costs and a 10% administrative fee to cover payment processing and restocking costs.
• Shipping Insurance: If your product is damaged or lost during transit, you must have purchased Route shipping insurance at checkout and file a claim through them to receive a refund or reshipment. Apextides is not liable for damaged or lost packages if Route shipping insurance is unselected at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Apextides shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of the products sold.
• The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the handling, storage, and research use of products purchased.

8. Amendments

Apextides reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
