Terms of Sale: Returns & Replacements

• Return Eligibility: Returns are authorized solely for products that remain unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refund Calculation: Refunds are strictly issued for the product value only; original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all authorized returns to cover payment processing and restocking costs.
• Order Cancellation: Cancellations are only accepted prior to order fulfillment. Once the fulfillment and packing process has commenced, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
• Quality Assurance & Replacements: Apextides stands firmly by the purity and integrity of our products. However, due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides, replacements for reconstituted products are subject to strict quality control verification:
  • Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests will only be honored if the researcher utilized Apextides or Hospira brand bacteriostatic water. The use of any other solvents or solutions immediately voids this guarantee.
  • Research Outcomes: We do not offer financial compensation, refunds, or product replacements based on subjective research results, user error, or experimental efficacy.

Shipping & Logistics Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and prepared for transit within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
• Carrier Responsibility: Apextides is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance holds, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass entirely to the buyer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
• Delivery Estimates: Shipping timelines depend heavily on the selected carrier and final destination. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from courier issues, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
• U.S. Delivery Window: Estimated standard delivery within the United States is 5–7 business days.
